Date: Friday November 7th a 12pm est. 

This class is hosted online via zoom. A recording of the class is emailed out 24 hours after class, so if you are unable to log on the day of you are still able to access the information.

This class will dive into what eczema is, what causes it, and solutions both internally and externally/topically to combat it.

We will also go over a few recipes that you can use daily to help heal yourself.
